BISON Land Rover Defender 110 by Arkonik
1989 | 3.5L V8 | Raptor Black
Every element of this build encompasses the bold and brave luxury specs we strive to build with our clients. With this owner opting for a Raptor Black body, First Four® Shadow Tubular A-bar, and Front Runner® Slimline II Roof rack, the exterior of BISON truly emanates its might and falls nothing short of a completely outstanding finish.
It's not just the exterior finish that upholds the BISON's finesse. With executive Black Nappa leather and diamond cross-stitch trim, complete with red seam accents and the owner's bespoke artwork crafted into the headrests, BISON's interior aesthetic champions its unique aplomb without missing a beat.

In 2006, Andy Hayes purchased a 1983 V8 Defender 110 in Stratos Blue. This vehicle was the first step in the creation and development of Arkonik. Since then, the company mission has evolved but the founding principle has remained constant; to create the most authentic, restored Land Rover Defenders in the world. Hundreds of Arkonik Defenders have now been shipped into North America and beyond. Arkonik is the world leader in creating custom Land Rover Defenders. Working with D90, D110, and D130 models, each vehicle receives a full nut and bolt restoration. Vehicles bound for North America retain the original engine and chassis whilst everything else, from the wiring loom to the bulkhead is brand new. Arkonik also has a large facility in Charleston, South Carolina which provides a home for their SVO branch. Arkonik employs a team of 70 people and manages a supply chain of over 200 separate providers. They have a forward order book of around 80 clients and at any one moment, there will be 30 plus vehicles in production. This year they shall build and deliver 72 bespoke vehicles.
