Brabus unveils the all-new 800 as a 800 PS angry E-Class
When the AMG E63 S is not enough...
For ultra sporty sedan lovers, the Mercedes-AMG E63 S is always high on the list of potential purchases. With its 4.0-litre V8 producing a generous 612 PS, the car does 0-60 in 3.3 seconds while providing its occupants with a high level of comfort.
However, the most demanding drivers will opt for the even more muscular and exclusive Brabus version. The German tuner is now unveiling the new 800 based on the facelifted AMG E63 S. As its name suggests, the car has the same 4.0-litre V8 tuned to produce 800 PS combined with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
This increase in power allows the car to gain tenths of a second on the 0-60 exercise, which is now completed in 3 seconds. The 4Matic+ all-wheel drive system is of course still standard to channel all this power. In terms of styling, the 800 has a more aggressive look with a new bumper incorporating larger air intakes.
The Panamericana grille gains red blades and swaps the Mercedes logo for the Brabus one. The profile features 21-inch wheels with a combination of gloss black spokes and red rims. The air suspension can lower the 800 by 20 millimetres. The stern features a new diffuser and a spoiler, both in carbon fibre.
The interior features special details such as illuminated Brabus door sills, a new aluminium pedal unit and Brabus floor mats.
