F1 has announced some big changes to the 2021 calendar. Bahrain will not host the 2021 F1 season opener as the Australian GP will now happen from 19-21 November.

That's not all - Imola is back on the calendar and be the second race of 2021. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Chinese Grand Prix has been postponed and the dates of Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi Grand Prixs have also changed. ll

If no further changes happen, then the season will end on 12 December. Though due to the pandemic, further changes are expected to happen in the calendar.

  • Would have maybe preferred Istanbul instead of Imola but there's still scope for that so I'm happy for now - Imola is still a great track!

  • Good new zzz, I guess. Didn't realise up until now that I would miss the season opener in Australia despite some lacklustre show there in recent times
