Bye bye Blaze

30w ago

Oh, where do I start. I've had a hard, hard time in the last few months - in my personal life. I haven't been happy for some time and I needed to make a change with my life, something had to change... so a few weeks ago, I decided to be single again after 11 years.

Everyone I knew was shocked, apart from my close friends who knew the pain of my issues. When you aren't happy or you feel something isn't quite right any more, you need to let it go. It did mean that I had to move in with my parents, get a storage unit as I find a place of my own... and I lost Blaze - my red Ford Fiesta.

Now, I know you may be thinking 'That's not right!' or 'It's your car', sadly Blaze wasn't mine, he is owned by my ex and I only drove it around. This does mean now that I am 'carless' motoring journalist, but that right now, is the least of my problems. I have to get funds for other things first, then a car can come into it. I was going to do a review of the Ford Fiesta, which I may still do, just without the car in person.

Some good news though on the front of it all, now that I am much happier, is that I'm seeing someone else, he also has a car of his own - a 2018 grey Vauxhall Corsa Griffin - who said that I'm very welcome to use his car when he's not, he's even already put me on his insurance. Don't worry, I've known him for so long, we are best friends for a start, now, he is the love of my life.

Soppy things aside, life is now good, it's all change from here but, one thing is for sure, I won't stop writing here any time soon. I just need some time to sort stuff out. Then, back to silly car stories and review!
