This is what happens when you replace your brake pads with iPhones
It works surprisingly well...
What do you do when your standard car brakes fail? No, you don't open the door and stick your foot out. In fact, you do what no one has ever thought of doing before: this guy has decided to use iPhones as brake pads. You may think it's silly, but as the video below proves, it works surprisingly well.
He took an old Toyota Land Cruiser Prado for this experiment, as it needs new brakes. As you can see from the video, he takes two iPhone 4s per wheel and slots them in where the brake pads would usually go. And as you can see from the demonstration, they do work, even if they do break in the process (no pun intended). The result is four very broken iPhones but the main point being that if you do run out of brake pads and need new ones, don't use phones. Unless you're crazy, very wealthy, or really have no other option.

I would like to see a comparison test to see which is best. Apple or Samsung?
There are really all kinds of people in this world...
Damn that is stupid but lowkey kinda interesting.
Seems sensible, after all we all know how well lithium-ion batteries cope with intense heat. What could possibly go wrong?
There’s five wasted minutes of my life I’m not getting back. What a pointless video.
