carbon champagne: very relevant to f1

1y ago

In a sport which is surrounded by carbon fiber, it only makes sense the champagne is wrapped in it.

Since the Monaco GP this year it seems that the F1 has ditched Chandon and switched to Carbon Champagne. The bottle looks absolutely stunning and i hope the F1 negotiate a long term deal with them.

These bottles aren't cheap, costing around $3000 a bottle, meaning each GP has $9000 worth of champagne on the podium. Making the bottle takes over six days to complete with 30 steps involved for the wrapping and construction of the bottle itself.

Expensive, yes

Necessary, no

Do we like it, YES
