When he isn't shredding his Mustang in Formula Drift, former Formula Drift champ Vaughn Gittin Jr also runs RTR Vehicles. RTR is a shop which creates some exclusive vehicles from Fords catalog specially Mustangs. RTR is who built the Mustang Mach-E and in the video above Gittin Jr talks about all the work put into the build and even does some donuts. For all the details, check out his video above!

  • Yippee.... oh... not one you can buy.. ah. Ford are at it again. Tricking up a body shell to get you all excited and then what you end up with is just a pale imitation. OK, some bloke skids it in circles while spinning the stupid tyres. Great to keep the young demographic entertained, but the people earning enough money to buy a Ford Mustang, the ordinary electric one, are family men and women. They might look on with a smile and a raised eyebrow but this tomfoolery sells no family sedans (saloons, to us English). I know I'm pouring cold water on all the fun, but this is paid for in the price you pay to buy your new Ford. They should be showing off with what they sell... it's good enough to do interesting stuff, surely? I just watched 'battery day' from Tesla. Amongst all the technical wizardry the Model S Plaid was announced open to take orders with delivery next year. For around $150,000 you got a sub 2secs to 60mph super-saloon, that's faster around Laguna Seca than the new Lucid Air, can hit 200mph with 520+ miles on a charge (with ultra-fast supercharging through the Tesla Supercharger Network as well as any other charger at their top charge rate) That's real. You can buy one. electrek.co/2020/09/22/tesla-model-s-plaid-unveil-range-speed/
