Brabus has a new car, and believe it or not, it's a big black shouty Mercedes-Benz. This one is called the Brabus Adventure and is based off the G-Class.
The Brabus Adventure has been designed with off-roading in mind. 20-inch Monoblock R wheels with maximum-traction off-road tyres have been added. It also has a spare wheel for emergencies, unlike every other new car.
Special suspension has been developed to increase the ground clearance further. It has a winch at the front and the wind deflector above the windshield, which with its four LED auxiliary headlamps improves illumination of the terrain in the dark. Further useful features are a large, robust luggage rack that spans the entire roof and a ladder at the rear that facilitates loading and unloading.
The Brabus Adventure has 690 Nm of torque and 326 bhp. Acceleration is also admittedly impressive for a diesel-powered off-roader weighing roughly 2.5 metric tonnes. 0-100 km/h (62 mph) is 7.2 seconds. The top speed increases to 202 km/h (126 mph).
