I don't remember the next I drove being quite that slow. It was a useful little thing. It was also an Isuzu. I'm giving it a "classic" rating just for surviving GM (like Suzuki, and so many others.)
It's not that different from the Mitsubishi built Dodge Ram from the same era.

No one did at the time, either! Well, I think they got about 35MPG, but the top speed was about 55MPH!
