Cholula, MX and the world's largest Pyramid*

This week we descend from the high Volcanoes and visit a town filled with local breweries, coffee roaster and the world's largest Pyramid!

We were happy to descend from the brain numbing heights of the last couple weeks to explore a new town. Cholula was our favorite town of the trip so far. Local breweries, coffee roaster and interesting food made for a town we wanted to spend some time in.

Of course, the large hill in the middle of town was something to be explored as well. It's actually the world's largest pyramid by area and over 5KM of tunnels zig and zag beneath it. On top, sits a catholic church. This town had a bit of everything!
