Ciao a tutti!
Puerto Rico’s FIATrriqueños 🇵🇷 once again met on April 27th for their monthly driving get together.
This time FCA (FIAT Chrysler Automobiles) and their FIAT brand in partnership with Romano’s Macaroni Grill restaurants organized a FIAT Food Trip along Puerto Rico’s spectacular eastern coast. The event was covered by Puerto Rico’s premier interactive automotive magazine, Revoluciones PR (www.revolucionespr.com) who joined the fun under the sun while testing a gorgeous 124 Spider.
Twenty five FIATs participated in an uncommon spectacle of so many similar cars driving around together. The FIAT convoy departed after enjoying breakfast courtesy of Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Montehiedra’s Shopping Center in the outskirts of San Juan and immediately headed east towards the coastline.
As usual everybody had a blast, enjoying fresh seafood at the famous Luquillo kiosks and at Fajardo’s Las Croabas. Picture perfect roads and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the eye-catching Maunabo tunnels were the scenarios for photo shootings during the trip.
After a whole day of driving fun the trip ended with dinner at Caguas’ Romano’s Macaroni Grill where everyone shared stories and almost everyone won FIAT and Romano’s Macaroni Grill prizes in a fun filled raffle where the winners had to jump while receiving their prizes. We can’t wait for the next trip.
