Classics under the Sun
A annual car show held at a local Chevrolet dealership.
Early 50's Chevy truck
For the last few years a Chevy dealer, near where I live, has held a small show. Every year it gets a little larger. They had a very large crowd this year, despite the very high temperatures. Enjoy the show!
1965 Chevy Impala...For Sale it looks like
Super clean Miata
.... Uh... Yeah... I got nothin'!....
Above: This is just about the nicest '57 Chevy Station Wagon I've ever seen!
Above: A 1965 Chevy, that's been converted to a race car.
This nice little '60s truck was hanging out on the back lot.
Above: I dig this El Camino, but I have no idea what's going on with those carburetors.
Above: This late series Blazer looked so good it almost blended into the other new cars on the lot.
A yellow Deuce coupe with a big block Chevy engine.
Above: One sweet looking Pro-Street Nova!
Above: I'm pretty sure there's nothing so badass as a bagged black Cadillac Coupe DeVille!
Above: A Antique(Stock) 1929 Chevrolet Rebel Coupe. This was the first year for the Chevy straight 6 cylinder engine.
A nice looking Ford Ranchero.
Above: This has to be the best looking Datsun truck I've seen since the '80s!
Above: I'm afraid I'm a little rusty on my redneck, but the first is a Dodge Monster truck, with 4 wheel steering. The red and silver Chevy isn't considered a Monster Truck, more like a redneck dream. The thing on the trailer is called a rock crawler, apparently.
Above: The best of the rest!
At about $42,000 a piece that's a lot of inventory!
A pretty large show for the parking lot of a small town. There was a couple of non Chevrolet cars and trucks at this show. That Jeep thing, the Dodge monster truck, a Ranchero, two F100's and that little Datsun truck. No Mustangs. I guess they take away your bro card if you drive a Mustang onto a Chevy lot!
I hope you guys have been able to have a great auto themed weekend! Keep on Cruisin'!
Uh... yeah... I still have no explanation for this! Whatever it is! Cruise on man!
