*COLD STARTS* - How does your truck start in the winter? Do you plug it in? Just use grid/plugs? Have to use Ether? Nothing at all?

  • My f350 is very unhappy with me if I forget to plug her in overnight during the winter. And I use double the prescribed amount of antigel fuel additive just to be safe.

  • I had a 12-valve 2nd gen Cummins with a relay someone had installed on it, so it wouldn't crank the motor at all unless it was above 32F or so. Had to keep the truck plugged in or it wouldn't even crank!
