Commercial vehicle specialist Scania made... a watch

Scania, one of the world's leading names in the commercial vehicles segment, has actually made a watch once. It's called the Scania V8 and it's powered by an EPSON Solar movement, housed in a 45 mm PVD-coated stainless steel case with K1 mineral crystal. Water resistance is 100 m and the price, as quoted on Scania website, is £279. What do you say?

  • The band and the body don’t do well together ... IMO

  • On the second pic from the top the sides of the case appear to be cut by water jet. Interesting. I would love to know what they are using for tooling to achieve that look.

I like it and I don't. Kinda how I have always felt about this company and their products. Some great things about it but some odd stuff that has me going "hmmm". But that's what makes it great is that oddness. Just like the rest of their products.
