Could this be the extreme McLaren Senna LM?
The McLaren Senna is about to receive the same treatment as its predecessors, namely a road version of the GTR racing variant presented at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. This new model will be called LM and it seems that a Scottish dealership in Glasgow has released images of this highly anticipated Senna LM.
We all remember the legendary McLaren F1 which has adopted a version adapted to the competition called F1 GTR. This exceptional car has participated in many international races, including the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans. A few months later the F1 LM was released, which was none other than the street version of the F1 GTR. The P1 underwent the same treatment afterwards.
Nicknamed the Senna Le Mans Edition, this very special model is much more aggressively styled than the standard Senna. The dark grey bodywork features several touches of orange on the mirrors, wing and lower front end, among other things. There are also four specific exhaust tailpipes and LM badges on both the exterior and interior.
It remains to be seen whether this is the real McLaren Senna LM or whether it is simply a special order from a customer. The British brand will soon reveal the supercar and will deliver all the technical details. There are already rumours of a limited production of only 20 units.
