Crazy accident resulted in car pile - none was hurt

You know that you just had an accident when a truck has landed on your roof.

In Prescott/Arizona, a pick-up truck flipped and landed - no… not on its roof - but on someone else's roof. Fortunately, none was hurt during this spectacular accident, which created a car pile one can usually only see at the scrapyard.

According to the woman driving the white Mazda, a truck was driving alongside her and caused a collision that made her lose control of her vehicle. As a consequence, her pick-up truck flipped until it was the right way up again.

Unfortunately, there was no tarmac underneath her, when the car came to a halt. Her vehicle's underbody rested on another car's roof.

The occupants of the unlucky "bottom car" could escape with no more than a fright, just like the woman sitting in the white pick-up truck above them. Nothing was reported about another car seen in the picture above, which got obviously damaged too, during the "remarkable crash", as the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office called the incident.

The truck driver, who caused the accident fled the scene.

  • This sounds like a real life video game car accident that you blame bad physics for.
