Christmas is near and Curtiss Motorcycles has already decided to gift the world two production ready versions of their electric motorcycle named Zeus. Earlier in the year the concept of the Zeus motorcycle was introduced, it then looked fit for a God - until now.

Curtiss have now taken their concept and refined it into two styles fit for production - The Bobber and Cafe. They refined it because the design and technology used to create the zeus concept is now obsolete. The results are great and boy they look good. From the looks of it (the design), it will feature a lot of carbon fibre with simple futuristic styled panels on the cafe and bobber styled frames. Expect a light yet fast bike.

280 miles (450km), 145 ft-lb of torque and 0-60mph in 2.1 seconds a 140 Kw motor

According to Curtiss Motorcycles, the bikes will be put into production in 2020. This is mainly due to their newly formed Advanced Powertrain Division. The folks of this division are working to get the best performance for these bikes. Their current goal is for performance with the best technology - it looks promising. Their aim with the Zeus (both styles) is to deliver a range of 280 miles (450km), 145 ft-lb of torque and 0-60mph in 2.1 seconds all with a 140 Kw motor.

Curtiss motorcycles as a company is working mostly with the aim of conquering the electric two wheel market. Their main competitor is Harley Davidson and its all electric motorcycle LiveWire. More details/specifications are left for the end of the year.

All I can say is that I want the Bobber styled Zeus, it looks awesome, the performance does scare me. It’s name after a God, it looks like one, it surely is destined to be one.
