Very sly indeed

"I was a bit p****d off at the lack of a 'sorry' or anything so I thought 'how can I get him back?'. The handbrake was right there so I pulled it up and off I went."

Ken Lofts, 48, mildly angry cyclist.

Cyclist, Ken Lofts, managed to get some cheeky revenge on a caravan-towing driver last Monday in Scarborough. He claims to have been "bumped off" his bike and was so angry he decided to pull a sly prank to teach the driver a lesson.

He managed to pull on the handbrake of the caravan and cycle off to get a better view of his evil plan.

He watched as the Vauxhall driver attempted to pull away at the traffic lights as they changed five times.

Even with the help of two strangers, the car couldn't pull away, until finally, they realised the problem.

Even if he was bumped off his bike slightly, this seems a bit of a dick move from Ken. Funny, but still a dick move.

  • I would do it even if he hadn't knocked me off my bike. In a way, I consider this a public and personal service. It's given us the people with a deep hatred for caravans and Vauxhalls a good laugh and for the owners of said vehicles , it has obviously brightened up their somewhat dreary journey. It's an Insignia pulling a caravan, two of the most loathsome contraptions ever devised by man, they deserve the ridicule and hate. Think of the misery to other road user these things have caused. If I point and laugh, so be it.
