DEMONOID PHENOMENON

PRODUCTION OF THE DODGE DEMON ENDS

Production of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon has officially ended, with this being the very last car to come off the production line at Dodge's Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada.

Production of the Demon was limited to one model year and just 3300 units, and this car now commences the next stage of its journey. It's now on its way to be hand painted in Viper Red, fitted with 18-inch aluminium wheels wrapped in Demon drag radials, and immortalized with a one-of-a-kind VIN plaque, before heading to Barrett-Jackson.

Dodge announced last month, that the last Demon and the last Dodge Viper will both be auctioned off at the upcoming June 20-23 Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction - to one lucky bidder as a pair! Dodge and Barrett-Jackson have collaborated before with charity as the winner. A one-of-a-kind 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat, VIN0001, raised US$1.65 million (ZAR 20million) for charity in 2014 - at the time more than any other car in Barrett-Jackson history. Dodge says that 100% of the proceeds will go to United Way.
