A city where traffic gridlocks, insane taxes, exorbitant prices of parts (and cars!) makes life difficult for the average car enthusiast. Yet, this supremely congested slice of the Indian Subcontinent still has its own unique car culture, mostly centered around Toyotas from the 90's.
