Did James May deceived us?

Did he lied to the "enemy" to deceive them and the world or didn't he really know?

Earlier this year James May was at the BBC One show for an interview about his book "The Reassembler" to the television series he makes for the BBC.

He was asked when we can see the second season of The Grand Tour he clearly answers, without hesitation and any doubt "October". October is when you're first be able to see it, but after that you can see it whenever you want offcourse. I'm told to say that, It's on demand".

But now on november 1st. we still don't know when the second season of The Grand Tour is about to start.

Offcourse there have been some minor obstacles which he could not provide. Richard Hammond decided to watch the Swiss mountains upside down and Jeremy Clarkson took his time to inspect the walls of a Spanish hospital while trying to quit smoking.

Maybe Mr. May is willing to tell us what really caused the delay or did he lied to all of us (something we don't really think he did. He doesn´t look like a liar).

  • Sensibly I think the answer is ....He hasn't got a crystal ball and didn't know Hammond would be in a crash and Clarkson would be rushed to hospital, taking two months out of their schedule.

    • Totally agree with you! If you think about it we only see the good cuts out of each film. Most of the things they do will be in shot multiple times till they have a good film. And what the accidents the launching date would obviously be delayed.

  • There would be no point in him lying. Facts changed, simple as that.
