Down On The Streets, Eugene Edition: Factory Hurst 4 Speed '65 Chrysler 300L

Photographed by me about 4 years ago. Hopefully now restored.

It's got the goods, all right... one of 99 made and fewer still surviving, with the factory Hurst 4-speed manual.

I saw this rare, final traditional letter series 300 in a residential area of Eugene, OR in early 2017. Couldn't resist the opportunity to shoot pics, and inside lurked a surprise: a factory Hurst 4-speed shifter, one of 99 made and fewer yet left to date. I hope this car has been restored

  • That's it, I'm moving to Eugene. Too many cool cars to justify not moving.

I have never seen a full profile shot of one of these let alone in person. That trunk has to be the largest I have ever seen. You could stuff an entire house in there. Nice! And a rare survivor to boot. Great spot.
