Not many people can perfect the heel and toe technique quite as well as Aryton Senna could. This video is amazing to watch and shows you just how much talent will be lost in the future when cars will drive themselves and we will no longer have 2 let alone 3 pedals.

I am simply staggered at the fact that he drove an NSX "balls-out" at Suzuka, wearing freakin' LOAFERS!!
I think he helped developed the car on the handling side if I remember it correctly because of Honda's relationship with Mclaren at the time.
And yeah...very casual in loafers with a jacket on. Probably wasn't even serious. 🤣

Senna is undoubtedly a legend, but concerning the heel and toe, he is not double-clutching. So definitely far from a perfect technique, there are drivers with a better approach. E.g. Walter Rohrl of its time...
