Dashcams are the perfect way to show other people your own perspective from behind the wheel. However, that doesn't always work in your favour, as this woman found out.
Louise Willard of Bexhill, East Sussex, UK inadvertently filmed herself swerving violently and ultimately crashing into a parked car on her own dashcam.
The footage, released by police, shows Willard swerving across the road, brushing kerbs and grass verges for several miles before the collision.
The 41-year-old teacher pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol and failing to stop after a collision (she was three times over the limit when she did her little hit-and-run).
She has been disqualified from driving for two years and sentenced to a 12-month community order, requiring her to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, the BBC reports.

Still less of a sentence then giving them finger to a photo radar box. Seems fair.
