Electric cars. They don't work 100% in the world of today. Not enough range. Not enough charging points. Not enough I-can-do-what-I-want.
There have been a few articles published recently, predicting the demise of the automotive and oil industries by 2030, siting technology convergence, costs and environmental pressures. With about 90% of the world's population (mostly in Africa) without a car, I think it may too soon to call.
One thing is for sure, adapt or find new markets.
