Your electric car just ran out of charge in the middle of your trip to Roswell (don't ask why), and there are no gas stations in sight... what do you do? Will Hammond and May have a mobile charging station (no, not for your phone) for electric vehicles? Does anyone want to invest in a high powered, super fast charging, road side assistance fleet? Should cities just build surface chargers into the infrastructure that charges your electric car as you drive? Maybe convert the BMW wireless vehicle chargers into the road like a third rail? Build them into the toll express lanes?

Maybe the aliens will help us out by dropping replacement plasma reactors from outer space, to be installed on the fly by their drones. Or... we could understand the current limitations and high cost of current electric cars and plan our road trips accordingly.
