Epic Save Ends In Massive Crash
No Amount Of Grip Was Going To Save This Fiesta ST
Lift-off oversteer, snap oversteer, or lift-throttle oversteer. Whatever you call it, it's pretty damn scary. This is probably the best example of lift-off oversteer happening in real time.
The Fiesta ST was passing on the right. Noticing that they were going a little hot, they lifted off the throttle, effectively shifting the weight all the way to the front. The overloaded front axles combined with the extremely light rear end and a slight curve on the road, mixes together for a terrifying wild ride. The driver did what he could to save the Fiesta spinning out of control in the narrow street. Unfortunately, the momentum was too much that it had to end in a massive crash.
Lesson here is to NEVER LIFT, and to also not drive like a jerk.

Where was the save?
What an absolute cock. A clear example of ambition exceeding ability. Oncoming car was lucky. Nothing to do with the road or wether. Just a clear case of an individual driving too fast, loosing control and almost wiping out an innocent motorist.
