Simply stop persisting on your own rights!!! You could have avoided all of this. Let him drive, DON´T educate him by using the flashlight and the horn. You just provoked him. Because of your reaction somebody could have been hurt or worse. He may have been impatient. But you should have been calm.

Tbh I have never a bad display of poor driving that's yours not his your actions and road position show you really need to be removed from the road permanently lucky the police didn't attend
