ICE cars are fast enough. Think about it. Who needs a sub 3 second 0-60? While ICE cars can do that, it’s pointless. A part of the fun of going fast is realizing the acceleration and enjoying it.
Agreed. Many can top 150 though. Unless it’s a track only car 150 should be fine. Unless it’s Spa, which has that one long corner with only two minor bends.
ICE cars are better in every way, more fun to drive, better looking, easier to modify, easier to live with, have a lot more passion, and are still faster
I like electric cars but from a performance standpoint, as a Formula 1 fan, I would rather have something that can corner than a car that can go to 60 fast.
How would you know though I haven’t seen any official lap times from the roadster and it’s £189,000 which is a lot of money for a sports car you can get a gtr nismo new for £10,000 less. Plus it has heavy batteries which makes a huge difference...

I agree and most Electric cars accelerate quickly and are not fast. Fast is speed and quick is acceleration. I do however like electric cars.

And better for the environment
Yes
Why not both

It will take a while for affordable electric cars to beat a ICE powered car around a twisty track. 0-60 isn’t everything.
The Tesla Roadster is excellent at corners and less pricier.
