  • So Craig, can the teams run the exhaust facing down the way to improve the down force from the diffuser. The opposite of what Renault are doing this year (2018). Using the high energy air coming from the exhaust.

  • I can't believe how close the floor is to the rear tires. How come they don't rub at high speeds? I'd imagine they would bulge a bit, wouldn't they?

    • the car sinks on its suspension at high speed which opens up the gap a little. But you are right, the gap is Tiny and teams trim the floor to create the smallest possible gap to the tire
