F1's Greatest Moustaches

1w ago

Since 2003, Movember has been encouraging people to grow moustaches and hold events over the course of November in order to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. So now seems like the perfect time to take a look back and see who had the greatest moustache in F1 history to date.

From the iconic coat-hanger that graced the top lip of two-time world champion Graham Hill, to Daniel Ricciardo's absolutely ridiculous (and fabulous) facial hair that he donned at the American Grand Prix, through to Chase Carey's retro grey 'tache, the world of F1 has it all.

Arguably the most iconic has to be Nigel Mansell, the 1992 F1 champion is pretty much known for his facial hair and it would be weird seeing him without it.

Rate your preference for the moustaches below and let me know in the comments below which one I should aim to grow this Movember.

  • Mansell was a nice chap when I met him, Graham Hill always reminded me of Dick Dastardly - the best (non driver) F1 'tash award can only go to Dieter Zetsche..
