Roman Stanek“I’m really excited to work with a new team and will be putting in the hard work for a successful season.”
Czech driver Roman Staněk has joined Hitech Grand Prix’s 2021 line-up in Formula 3, completing their line-up for this year. Stanek joins Red Bull junior drivers Jak Crawford and Ayumu Iwasa at the team.
The 16-year-old was the youngest driver on the grid last season, when he made his debut with Charouz Racing System in the opening round at the Red Bull Ring.
Staněk took three points across his rookie season, finishing in 21st place overall.
Before joining F3, Staněk won the rookie title in ADAC Formula 4 and took fifth in Italian Formula 4, with three wins and six podiums.

Your opinion on him? I thought he was good for his age.
Not bad, rookie seasons can be hard so not really sure what to make of him properly yet. But he's quite young so lots of time to sort himself out. As long as he improves this season then that's all he needs to do.
Having (hopefully) learnt the ropes in his first season, it will be interesting to see what he can achieve in his second..
As long as he improves then he should be fine for now.
