The 1970's Dodge Charger wasn't perfect, but it was considered by many to be as close to flawless as possible. It was one of the most sought after and feared cars on the road having 390 hp, more than a Lamborghini Countach, and a top speed higher than people dared. However, it wasn't just a renowned road racer; during the 1970s NASCAR season, it had 10 more wins than any other car. On top of all of this, its usage in the film Franchise "Fast and Furious" has cemented it in the car hall of fame.
Well, apparently some people like it so much, they decided to put the 6.2L Supercharged Hemi V8 from a Dodge Challenger SRT Demon into it. This absolute monster of a car, which now produces 966 hp, was made by SpeedKore, who calls themselves an "American Performance Company". Their other amazing works include tuned Chevrolet Camaros and Ford Mustangs.
However, this is probably their most famous work, boasting a Tremec Six-Speed Transmission, custom Box Frame, 14 point Roll cage, and a full Carbon Fibre body.
So what do you think? Is this the perfect way to honour the original or is it sacrilege?
