Fancy a more powerful and slammed Rolls Royce for just $5,000?
I am sure you’ve seen various supercars around which have been stanced but probably not too many Roll Royce’s. It isn’t uncommon to see aftermarket wheels on a Rolls but very rare to see them lowered and more powerful. After all they are the gentleman’s chauffeur-mobile.
The tuning company Renntech would like to take your Rolls Royce to the next level with this engine and aesthetics upgrade.
They will start with upgrading the stock 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine which produces 563 hp and 605 lb-ft of torque in the Dawn and 624 bhp with 605 lb-ft in the Wraith. The company will do an ECU tune which brings the horsepower up by 95 bhp and the torque by 90 lb-ft.
But the thing that we actually care about is the stance kit. Renntech will fit your Wraith or Dawn with a lowering module which will still work with the factory suspension to ensure the car won't suddenly collapse. The best part about this is that you will be able to lower your Rolls Royce ride height with “millimeter precision” yet still maintain that luxury Rolls floating feel you get with the stock suspension.
Obviously, this is reversible if you decide you don’t like it but it looks absolutely stunning, especially on the Wraith.
In total with the ECU tune ($3,495) and the lowering kit ($1,495) you will be looking at a grand total of just under $5,000 which I don’t think is that bad considering what you’re getting.
Is it worth the upgrade?
