The Grove squad have stolen a march on all the other teams, most of whom will unveil their new cars next week.

The FW40 is the first of the new-generation cars to break cover and gives some indication as to how the 2017 grid will look when the drivers line up for the Australian grand Prix in Melbourne at the end of March.

Williams will race this season with Canadian rookie Lance Stroll and Felipe Massa, who immediately comes out of retirement after Valtteri Bottas left the team to join Mercedes as the replacement for World Champion Nico Rosberg.
