It will be called the Ford Mustang Mach-E, the new all electric SUV of the Blue Oval: Ford has formalized the name of the sport utility inspired by its iconic muscle car.
The appointment for the presentation is for November 18: the famous British actor, Idris Elba, will remove the veils from the SUV.
The pre-orders of the Mustang Mach-E will be opened immediately after the end of the presentation: there will also be a limited series for the launch of the SUV, the First Edition.
At the moment we don't know much about the car: from the lines that can be understood by the teasers, the Ford Mustang Mach-E will be a sporting crossover, with some details - like the triple luminous signature at the rear - reminiscent of those of the traditional Mustang.
Ford has also spread information about the autonomy of the Mustang Mach-E: there is a talk of about 600 km in the WLTP cycle.
No data, however, on the capacity of the battery pack and on the electric powertrain.
To find out more about the Mustang derivation crossover, therefore, we will have to wait until next November 18th.
