Forza Horizon 4: Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG
Perhaps the best hot hatch in the game, or not.
With a astonishing 355 hp and 443 nm of torque, this is not a slow car. 0-100kph goes in 4.2 seconds and top speed is at 270kph. The price is at 65,000 credits is not cheap, but it's good value with that performance. Engine is a 2,0 litre inline 4 with a turbocharger. steering is also good with an average speed of 95.60 kph in the hairpin test.
As a Mercedes, the car feels pretty good in the corners, but it dousn't have that grunt on a straight line. Steering feels responsive until you drive over about 170 kph. The car also tends to understeer a little, but you will get used to it after driving it for some time. Moving on to the speed, the acceleration is nice and fast, but it could have had a bit more power to make it feel faster in a straight line.
Otherwise there isn't much more to say about it. Cruising is almost perfect for this car with a 7-speed transmission so it stays nice and quiet and if you want, you shift down for that deep buzzing engine sound. Inside the cockpit, the sound of the engine is a bit low, but it's perfect in chase camera.
Firstly, there is non engine swap which can be a good thing but also a bad one, so there is'nt really anything to say about that.
Drivetrain is also lacking a lot of options, with the stock AWD or the 10,000 credit more expensive RWD. there is no benefit about RWD and you lose a lot of performance.
Aspiration is another thing you can't upgrade with only the stock turbocharger as an option. So there really is'nt much to do about this car other than asthetics, which make the car look more aggressive
Rest of the upgrades is pretty basic with not a lot to chose from exept the engine, which has a good mix of stuff to upgrade.
This is a car that you can have loads of fun in, but keep in mind that there is very little upgrades you can do. At higher speeds, you lose most of the steering, but checking after a good tune most likely fixes that issue. While it accelerates quickly, top speed is not that good and it takes some time to get up to speed. I think you can find better options in that price range, it depends on what sort of car you like.

If you enjoyed this article, please let me know. I know I can improve, so please let me know where. Please note: All cars are tested without upgrades and next to zero or nothing tuned. Im also testing them on a steering wheel so it depends what controls you are using on how the car feel.
Sadly due to not having not enough time, I didn't write a post last week. However, I have summer vacation for 2 months now so I will post regularly.
