French F4: Kadarabad completes first weekend at Nogaro
The Indian completed his first round in French F4.
After some private running, Vignesh Kadarabad kicked-off his first international weekend in French F4 at Circuit Paul Armagnac at Nogaro, with a 16th place finish in the lone practice session - improving on his final lap, as he continued his learning process.
Kadarabad qualified 16th as well for the first race, where he had a good start. He was in a race-long battle with Angelina Favario in his #53 machine. But it ended in an unfortunate incident on the final lap, resulting in a retirement for the Indian on his debut race.
It was a cleaner race from Kadarabad second time around as he finished 15th, whereas the final race much more battles. The Indian climbed to 13th after two cars went off and he managed to clear Favario. He kept her off for the whole race and until the end.
Eventually, Kadarabad registered his best result in 12th after an incident ahead, where he kept Favario off by 0.146s, as he continues to learn his craft. The Indian will be back in action for Round 2 at Magny-Cours on May 7-9 weekend.
