Good News: this is the Dacia Bigster Concept
Yes, this concept is called the 'Bigster'
Dacia has unveiled a new electric 4X4 concept - the Bigster. Yes, Dacia has come up with one of coolest names of all time.
The 'Renaulution' plan from Renault aims at more electric cars and the Bigster is a preview of the kind of cars Dacia is going to build in the coming years. While the Bigster is shown as an electric concept, there will also be hybrid powertrain and LPG/CNG powertrain options also available.
The Bigster also shows Dacia's new logo in all its glory. Beautiful, isn't it?
4.6 meters (181.1 inches) long, the Bigster is a “genuine vehicle made with genuine principles” and "no bells and whistles, no chrome trim or imitation-aluminium”. The Bigster is environmental-friendly and has protective panels made from recycle plastic. Greta Thunberg, this should be your next daily!
Y-shaped headlights, cool wheels and rugged looks make the Bigster look like the perfect replacement for the Duster. The Bigster shows “the Dacia way of making the C-segment accessible, delivering a larger, more capable vehicle at the cost buyers would expect from the segment below”.
This is one of three electric models Dacia will be launching by 2025. Dacia and Lada will not work together but Lada and Dacia’s CEO Denis Le Vot has promised that “Dacia will stay Dacia”.
