Greenlight flaunts their big, bad Eleanor
Greenlight posts shots of their latest deco sample of the iconic Mustang in 1:12 scale
Over the summer, Greenlight Collectibles announced a new series: the Bespoke Collection. This new series would bring incredibly large and detailed 1:12 scale models to Greenlight's catalog. The first two cars of the series would be of the Hollywood genre: the GMC Vandura from the A-Team and the Shelby GT-500 Mustang from the year 2000's Gone in Sixty Seconds film. Affectionately named "Eleanor", we all know this Mustang to be the hero car of the movie, taking Nicholas Cage on a wild ride as he completes his heist list to save his little brother.
Greenlight finally gave us a teaser of what to expect of their second model of this series. While only a pre-production sample, these photos look like the makings of an incredible Mustang. 1:12 scale cars measure 15 inches in length or more, so this is going to be a top-shelf piece. The MSRP on this beast is $399 too, so you have until March 2020 to sell off those Hot Wheels you've been hoarding.
The models will be cast in resin, but at that size the details will be nothing short of amazing. Check out more photos and a 360 degree preview on Greenlight's Facebook page.
