Lewis Hamilton took pole position

Max Verstappen put in a solid lap at the end to barely out-qualify Bottas

Let's start with Lewis Hamilton

After getting his lap time deleted for going off the track to being compromised by a red flag brought out by Sebastian Vettel's crash and barely making through the finish line to start his final hot lap of Q2, but against all the odds Hamilton took pole by nearly half a second from Max Verstappen in P2 and more than half a second to his teammate at P3.

But as we all know starting from pole on Sunday might not be the best place to start because of the tow advantage for the cars behind.

The crazy midfield as always offered plenty of action and is well-set for Sunday

Albeit, Ricciardo was the quickest from the mid Field since free practice till Q2 it was Sergio Perez and his racing point which hasn't got new upgrades managed to get P4 with Ricciardo starting from P5 with Carlos Sainz starting alongside him in P6 .

Esteban Ocon in P7 with Lando Norris in P8.

Pierre Gasly and seriously underperforming Alex Albon qualifying P9 and p10 respectively.

Ferrari's Despair "Again''

Charles Leclerc in P11 ahead of Alpha Tauri's Daniil Kvyat in p12, Sebastian crashed out in Q2 after setting the lap in his first run of Q2 which was enough for P15 behind unlucky Lance stroll who couldn't get his car started in the pitlane.

Mr. Saturday

George Russel yet again managed to get into Q2 in a Williams which was quite competitive this weekend and hopefully he gets his maiden f1 points

Q1 drop-outs are Romain Grosjean in P16, with Antonio Giovinazzi P17 out-qualifying his teammate Kimi Raikkonen who's starting last at p20 with Kevin and latiffi qualifying p18 and p19 respectively.
