Hello everyone

I’m Sensing there isn’t a lot of love for cyclists on here at the moment, but here on Dear Aunite Heidi we are a progressive tribe so I would like to extend an offer to any cyclist out there who would like to have their say.

I don’t want it to be said we are not balanced on here.

So feel free to debate in this controlled environment

Luv

  • You must not be from the U.S.A. - we appear to have forgotten about balanced reporting🤥

  • I cycle to work every day and for leisure on most weekends. I always follow the rules of the road--even stop signs, although they are a pain around here, having to restart at every block. But I also love to drive. Whether I'm on the bike or in the car, I'm shaming the arrogant a$$holes who think they own the road. It's the ones in the jerseys and spandex. With that said, it really does suck stopping at stop signs. I understand why they run them, but I still shame them. Also, I prefer cyclists to be in the street where motorists can see them. The ones riding on the sidewalk that dart out into traffic are a nuisance to both cars and pedestrians. I guess the moral here is, leave 3 feet of distance when you can pass, be patient when you can't, and shame the hell out of the arrogant ones!
