This summer has been ridiculously busy! On top of our new arrival in April, I also started training for my instrument/IFR rating as a pilot. Work has been a madhouse, and I have also been on the road in a lot of Church/volunteer work.
I resurrected my truck from the back of the driveway! Its been sitting
The old F-150 has now got 189k miles on it, and needs u-joints. I also need to do plugs on it, and to those who know the 5.4 Triton, you know what that means. The old Honda? It has 220k miles on it, and needs jacked up and a new one driven under it.(HAHA) I also got a BRAND NEW f 250 work truck from my company. It has 14k miles on it in 3 1/2 months, and currently has no end of electronic issues; right now, I have sort of heat, and sort of A/C; neither works correctly. It also randomly turns the blower fan on full blast. Its been at the dealer for three weeks total for warranty work, where they had to entirely redo the AC system as it was messed up from the factory.
Our little miracle is 7 months now. She has Daddy very firmly wrapped around her tiny finger .
This little sweetie is the biggest reason I haven't been around much. She has changed everything! She likes car rides, and she loves there to be things going on! She already has watched the operation of jumper cables. She likes riding on the tractor with Dad, and doing almost anything that is just a little above her skill level.
I intend to get back to posting!!
That "above the Clouds view" is like nothing else!
I should be taking exams and checkride For this next aviation rating before the first of the year so,its gonna be busy still!
THanks to everyone that has been so supportive of my profile here, and just to let you know, im still around, and still have a great love for old Packards, Ford Broncos, Chevrolet Apache' and Chevy Squarebody.
Until Next time....
