Hello

Today I would like to know do you buy a car for love or for the Practicalities?

Being here on Drive Tribe I would hope you would say you bought your car for the love of it but some times in life we have to put the affairs of the heart to one side & be all grown up & Practical to Survive in the world we live In.

Sometimes love comes at a price we Alas can not afford & we find ourselves lusting for those we can not have. But sometimes as in life love is blind & we fall for cars no one else in there right mind would look at twice.

So do you own your car for love or Practicality? Or are you like me sitting on the bus just Grateful for a ride in any car?

Luv

Auntie Heidi 👍

  • Dear Aunty Heidi,

Cars for me are much like the missus.... economical to run but expensive when thing go wrong. On the whole extremely practical and reliable hope this helps.

  • I would love to know why people buy something like this over better looking cars

  • Love. Pure Love. Although I'm going to buy a daily driver soon, love to the car will always be a big factor to me.

  • Bit of both, really... but mostly love. I made a genuine attempt at convincing my dad— and then my grandpa— to buy me an old $3000 BMW. Like a moron. I don’t even like BMWs that much, it just looked so nice in the sun that day....
