Hennessey is now taking on the C8 Corvette

The result is, as usual, completely crazy!

It didn't take long for the tuner Hennessey to take on the new Corvette! Chevrolet's sporty car is radicalized and its power is greatly increased. After conversion, 1,200 hp under the hood of the Corvette C8. A power similar to that of the Bugatti Veyron Supersport!

So how did Hennessey get all this power out? This is simply the result of the addition of a deeply revised bi-turbo system. But the car now has to deal with this cavalry without any problem! To do this, Chevrolet's LT2 V8 engine will be consolidated and reinforced to absorb all the horsepower and extra torque without breaking.

This overpowered C8 Corvette will be called the HPE1200 Corvette, in reference to the power developed, of course. The internal parts will be improved with forged aluminium pistons, a change in the compression ratio and forged steel connecting rods. The dual-clutch automatic gearbox will be improved. The brakes come from Brembo.

On the roof is an impressive air intake as on Formula 1 cars. A carbon blade appears at the front and a huge spoiler covers the rear part of the car. The wheels and tires are new and the new adjustable suspension is provided by Penske. The performance of this future Corvette C8 by Hennessey promises to be amazing!

  • Hellcat supercharger no stripes nasa space ship livery and then I would love it.

    • Why the HellCat motor? In its most powerful form, it spits out 787 hp. The stock ZR1 will do 805, and the above article stated the Hennessy tuned version will be 1200 hp, a 50% boost above the HellCat.

    • I meant the demon supercharger added to the 1000+ horse power.

  • Thomas Kim needs to learn the difference between a spoiler and a wing. This is a wing.

    • I don't even make a difference between a wing and a spoiler 😅

According to you, a wing is much bigger than a spoiler am I right ?

    • if you really wanna know what's the difference between a wing and a spoiler, a spoiler always follows the lines of the design, while a wing is just a table screwed on the back of a car. And this Corvette has a table on the back!
