Here is the first Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat TRX
The Challenger of the countryside
Off-road versions of traditional sedans are a viable alternative for those who refuse to bend to the SUV trend but still want to gain some height. Examples in this category include the relatively popular Audi A6 Allroad and the very anonymous Mercedes E-Class All-Terrain.
But when you cross the Atlantic, these vehicles become very rare in the manufacturers' catalogs. Some people then enjoy the pleasures of DIY and create unique cars. This is the case of this Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, which has undergone the genius of its former owner.
The modified muscle car was spotted in the auction parking lot of Manheim in Pennsylvania, USA. As you can see, the car is fitted with new tires specially designed for off-road use. These tires are particularly large and required a significant widening of the wheel arches.
As a result, the Challenger has been raised a few centimetres in height, which will be precious for off-roading. Unfortunately, we don't know more about the suspension or the chassis. The only question now is who will pick up the vehicle in this condition and, above all, at what price.
