Here's a brief history of my motoring.

I learned to drive in a 1989 champagne with a cream vinyl top Mercury Grand Marquis.

My first was a 1991 Chevy S-10 pictured below. (Sold)
2nd 1992 GMC Jimmy 4x4 (totaled)
3rd 1994 S-10 Blazer 4x4 (sold)
4th 2000 Dodge neon (traded in)
5th 1995 S-10 V8 5pd (sold)
Current 2008 Mustang GT

Out of them all I deeply regret selling my first. The most fun was honestly the neon as it was super cheap and I didn't care if it got damaged.

  • I felt that way about my Dynasty. It was one of those cars where you had to know how to drive it. Not like, it was a complicated design, but YOU had to know how to drive THAT one. It was like I had a relationship with it. Other people couldn't get it to even stay running on a short trip but I could get it to slide around corners and spin the tires and bomb around, and like you said, had no worries at all about damaging it.
