Here's what an all-electric Honda Ridgeline of the future would look like

Imagine if Honda actually made this!

It is no secret that the pickup truck is one of the best selling types of vehicle in the entire world. America are the main buyers of this vehicle and it isn't hard to see why with theit immense towing capacity and size.

However, the Ford F-150 has been dominating the game for decades and we think it's about time something else gets a little more appreciation. For example, the Honda Ridgeline is often overlooked, but in fact is much better than it was a generation ago. But what could one look like in the future?

Independant designer Rene Garcia has decided to find out by creating an all-electric future version of this Japanese pickup truck. The overall design is really rather futuristic, yet still applies elements of the truck seen today. Rene has really gone to town on the details such as the suicide doors, LED lights, impressive interior quality, and the chunky off-road tyres.

This is a truly impressive set of renders which we hope Honda will see and turn them into a reality.

*DISCLAIMER* These renders are not endorsed or created by Honda themselves as they have nothing to do with them. These were purely created by an independant designer called Rene Garcia.

  • So someone has drawn a car on their computer, then put a badge on it that appeals to the elderly.

Marketing is not their strong point is it.
