Here's What It Takes To Build A 1,000 Horsepower Civic
If you're familiar with Bisimoto then you've already seen the mad creations that Bisi Ezerioha is capable of. In addition to his 1,000 horsepower Honda Mini Van, 1,000 horsepower Porsche 911, and center seat Porsche Boxster lies his latest 1,000 horsepower build. His latest creation is an AWD converted 1991 Honda Civic Wagon with no hood and a 1,000 horsepower engine.
SEMA Builds are a mixed bag, however, this year amongst the forest of lifted brodozers and slammed Subarus lay a hidden gem. At this year's AEM both Bisi was able to show off is 1,000 horsepower EF Civic sporting an AWD conversion.
Bisi used a highly modified Honda K24 4-cylinder engine with a massive 72mm turbocharger hanging off the exhaust manifold. To route all the power to the ground Bisi scavenged an AWD system from a 2004 Honda CR-V.
When it comes to the finer details I'll let the man himself explain all the work that went into this build. There's nothing better than a well-built car represented by a passionate builder.
