Hi everyone,I am sure I am not the only person on here who says this but I am one of those people who would love to get into motoring journalism. Cars have always been a huge part of my life ever since I can remember. I have a passion for any motorsport from 2CV racing to formula 1.
I cannot explain it but I feel that cars is all I know and I want to be involved with. I work as a software developer which I love but it’s not my passion. I’ve never been able to get a job which involves cars like a garage etc just simply because I wanted a job with a good wage so I can support my family.
I would love a good job where I work with cars as that’s what gives me the “fizz”. Obviously the dream of dreams is to work on a car show like Jeremy, James and Richard. The work those 3 do is insane and the details the guys go into is better than any other car show.
Every time I drive in my car (which is nothing special. An estate car which is practical as I have a 2 year old son) I look at every car around me, then I think about each car... what is it like to drive, how fast is it? How comfortable? What is the build quality like? What’s the mpg like? I don’t know if anyone else does this but I just feel that all I want to do with my life is to be around cars and give people advice on it and help people understand what it’s about.
Testing cars on a track would be even better, nothing beats driving a car to the limits to see what it can do. I have so much more to say but for now il leave it by saying I am a massive petrol head and my dream is to work with cars on tv/ app/ or even paper(yeah people still read from bits of paper)
Thanks for reading
